Your dog’s size cannot be determined based upon its weight or breed. Because dogs vary in size and shape, all of our collars, harnesses and clothing are sized in inches. Please measure your dog accurately to ensure the appropriate fit, and check our "Sizing" to order the proper size. Any questions concerning fit, email us at order@pariero-us.com.

CA State residents must also be added 9% sales tax.
Return & Exchange Policy
Platform32 Inc PARIERO-LA will be happy to exchange or give an online store credit on any items that do not meet your expectations. All items returned or exchanged must be in their original and unused condition. Exchanges and credits must be done within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible before ordering, as we allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, and cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we do not accept returns COD. We also do not reimburse shipping charges.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing packing slip, please indicate the reason for the return and what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Please include all original packaging, tags that came with the item. We recommend that you send the item with insurance and delivery confirmation for your protection. Lost or damaged items without insurance are the customer’s responsibility. CODs not accepted and we do not reimburse shipping charges.
*We will not honor any items sent for exchange after 30 days, used items and/or items not in their original condition. All sale, personalized, custom, special occasion and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Delivery and Charges
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items will arrive in 5-10 days after the date of purchase. Additional shipping rates will depend on the items ordered. Larger or heavier items may have additional shipping charges. Shipping outside the United States
Platform32 Inc PARIERO-LA will ship to any destination outside the U.S. via ,USPS. All deliveries out the U.S. will be charged a $19.00 shipping fee. Most orders outside the U.S. will arrive within two weeks, but may take additional time depending on destination. We cannot be sure of what individual countries may charge for packages coming in, customers are responsible for any customs charges that may occur. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any items shipped outside the U.S.
About the loss of the product after We deliver it and consign it to USPS from our store, We do not take responsibility in our store.
Shipping charges are based the total amount of your order.

We usually ship orders via USPS (domestic & international).
We ask that our customers provide shipping addresses that can be accepted by USPS.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are sent via USPS and may take additional time for delivery.
